I read a bunch of reviews, but nothing prepared me for how wonderful this mattress feels. I have MS, arthritis and degenerative disc disease, this mattress feels firm and supportive. It was delivered pretty fast and when I unwrapped it, there was no chemical smells. It expanded pretty fast, although I did not measure the exact height of the mattress. It seems very durable and I do not get overheated sleeping on it. I think that this is one of my best purchases. The price was not too steep and if I need to buy another mattress in the future, I would buy this again. Compared to the memory foam mattress my daughter has I prefer this.
